They spread these rumours at a time when bunker lines of the Prabhakaran and Kilinochi were in the sight of the security forces. The Government's stand is clear. It has been placed before the world. The entire population is aware that attempts are being made to bring it into action from the grassroots. He noted that there will be no turn back for a peace process. The only alternative is for the LTTE to lay down arms and to act as civilised human beings. If so, Minister Rambukwella said they would consider it
